Due to a forthcoming maternity cover CMA is recruiting a Collections Assistant to join a fun and progressive organisation in Southampton on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Using your excellent customer service skills, you will be responsible for the timely collection of debt owing from various clients, as well as ensuring that write offs, transfers and refunds are made on a timely basis, whilst contributing to the review of aged debt.
With excellent data entry skills and ideally with experience in a credit control position or busy accounting office, you will have a confident and friendly telephone manner and be competent in Excel to a basic level.
Working within a team oriented environment in open plan offices, you must be able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight, target driven deadlines.
