The Role;
You will be required to take inbound calls from potential customers looking to book a room at one of the companies resorts or villages. You will also be required to use the reservation system to find the correct room type at the preferred location and convert the enquiry to a confirmed booking.

The successful candidate will be the front line for the company and will therefore need to be efficient and professional at all times. You will be target driven and thrive off exceeding set targets to ensure the hotels are at full capacity.

The hours for this role are on a rota working between the hours of 08.00-22.00 Monday to Friday with alternate weekends working 09.00-18.00.
