Operations Director – Manufacturing –Fareham

Our client seeks an Operations Director to join their busy technical manufacturing company based inFareham.

You will be responsible for advising the board of Directors on all matters relating to Operations. This will include advising on: on-time delivery; Manufactured Quality; Manufacturing Efficiency; Materials Management and Health & Safety.

Suitable candidates will have a proven track record as an Operations Director and it is a necessity that this is in a manufacturing environment dealing with bespoke and high quality and variety products. This would not suit someone who has been involved in high volume manufacturing.
