My client is an established automotive manufacturer based in Hampshire who is currently looking for a Production Engineer.

You will require the following Skills & Experience:-

• HND/HNC in an engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical engineering.
• Experience working as a Production Engineer within a mechanical based environment.
• Basic CAD skills.

Your Role & Responsibilities will include:-

• Responsible for the review of new and existing designs to ensure smooth manufacturing.
• Preparation of estimates and technical justification for machinery, tools and equipment etc.
• Preparation of customer documentation.
• To participate in team activities such as improvement and problem resolution.
• Evaluation of manufacturing processes with recommendations to be made.
• Organisation of production equipment and tooling on new projects.

The hours of work are 39 per week and the annual salary is up to £35,000 depending on experience.
