Group HR & Executive Assistant - Southampton - up to £25k - Perm

My client is a made up from a group of International businesses that still maintain family ownership. Due to continued growth there is now a requirement for a new post as Group Executive Assistant. The position will ensure that all site administration is kept in an organised and methodical manner and to complement the operations of the site team.

Key duties will include:-
· To provide administrative support, to the Group Senior Management team including maintaining the finance & HR filing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
· To provide HR administration support through the use of SAGE HR as and when required for all group companies.
· To provide Finance administrative support including purchase ledger responsibilities.
· To co-ordinate pension scheme and private medical health care administration in conjunction with the Group Head of HR.
· To support the Group Finance Controller with Company Secretarial duties.
· Responsibility for the collation and accurate presentation of group board papers including the recording and circulation of group board meetings when required.
· Maintain up to date knowledge and understanding of the organisation and its aims and objectives.
· To proactively manage the diary of the Group CEO, making and confirming appointments and ensuring all necessary paperwork is prepared relating to those appointments/meetings, where appropriate.
· To arrange business travel for the Group Senior Management team as and when required.
· Ensure Group values are upheld to through both external and internal contacts, through appropriate behaviour and performance.
· To observe strict confidentiality at all times.
· To carry out any other duties as may be reasonably expected by the Group Senior Management team.
