Helpdesk Advisor / Call centre Advisor

Salary : £19500 per annum Pro Rata : £9.71 per hour

Location :Eastleigh

This is a temporary position with an opportunity to continue on a permanent basis for the right candidate

Hours : For the first 4 weeks you will work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Shifts will run as follows thereafter : 4 days on with 2 days off

Week one shift between 6am and 2.45pm , week two between 9am and 5.45pm- week 3 from 12.15pm -9pm

This is a temporary position with no end date and could lead to a permanent opportunity for the right individual . You Must be available to start Immediately .

The Role:

Busy and exciting. Main duties will include being a first point of contact for customers who have purchased high value, technical products. You will take overall responsibility for logging calls and following basic diagnostic processes to troubleshoot and offer immediate 'fixes', whilst ensuring great customer service.

In addition, you'll provide technical advice where possible and where unable to do so you will pass the relevant information to the senior team members who can provide further assistance .

Requirements:

In order to apply for this rewarding position, in addition to a positive personality and proactive manner you'll need to be ideally experienced within a call centre / helpdesk position previously Technical experience is a benefit although not essential

Excellent customer service skills are essential, as is a great telephone manner.
