Job Role – Team Leader
Salary - £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
Hours – 9am – 5.30pm
Location – Southampton

Our client is a national company based in the centre of Southampton. They are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead their busy and dynamic team.

In this role you will be –

Supervising and leading a team of up to 18 administration and customer service representatives

121's, recruitment, appraisals and training

Ensure the team meet all customer service standards and expectations whilst meeting personal and team deadlines and targets.

You will have the following experience –

Proven track record of managing, leading and motivating a team

Experience of working in a customer focused environment and meeting deadlines and targets

Lettings experience would be desirable
