Our client is an established, prestigious manufacturing company in the Fareham area; they are currently looking to expand their engineering team and are looking for a CNC Setter (predominately turning some milling).

This is a 2 year Fixed Term Contract which may become permanent, working on their day shift to start with the basic salary is £26'000 per annum so £13.33 per hour (although it is possible that this role will be moving onto a double day shift pattern in the future in which case there would be a shift allowance  paid on top which is 24% so £32240 per annum.

Our client is well established with a worldwide customer base, they are very successful and continually growing. 

Loading existing programs and setting CNC Mills and/or Lathes using Fanuc and Heidenhain controls . there will also be some manual machining and basic bench work.

• Experienced CNC Setter – Competent setting CNC Mills and/or Lathes ideally using Heidenhain or Fanuc controls
• Ideally able to edit programs
• Computer literate
• Able to work to engineering drawings
