**Restaurant Manager – Stunning hotel - Hampshire - £18,000-£20,000 per annum**

We are currently looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager for a beautiful hotel in Hampshire. The hotel includes a 2 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant, 50 stunning guest rooms, an outdoor pool and spa located in historic surroundings.
As a restaurant manager you will assist the food and beverage manager with the day to day restaurant operation, stock control and ordering. You will show strong leadership skills, consistency and attention to detail with the ability to drive the team. It is vital you possess a passion for service through professionalism whilst striving to satisfy a client. You will also be involved with functions and events within the hotel.
In return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £20k plus meals in the restaurant and staff discounts.
Due to the nature of the business you will be expected to work a rota that covers weekends and some split shifts will be required.
