Key Account Handler

£16 to £19k - Immediate Start

Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Key Account Handler for a large successful business based in the Eastleigh area. Our client is a specialist in it's field providing facilities services to clients across the UK. Due to further expansion this this year our client is looking to add to the team.

The Role:

The role of the Key Account Handler is looking after our client's customers around the UK. You will be communicating with these customers online and over the phone - you may even deal with them face to face on occasion.

Day to day duties involve:

* Scheduling maintenance appointments
* Responding to urgent situations
* Prioritising service visits and keeping the customer informed of progress and updates
* Liaising with the clients, maintaining their accounts, and keeping details up to date
* Dealing with all the associated administration for the key accounts including invoicing, taking orders, providing pricing and quotations.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Must have had previous experience of looking after business customers in a customer service setting. This is not a sales position and you do not need sales experience
* Must have excellent PC skills as you will be using several different systems on a day to day basis
* Must have previous telephone based customer service experience
* Must be able to use own initiative and be proactive in all daily duties
