Advertising Sales Executive :Part Time

Location: Fareham

Salary : Hourly rate of £8.00 per hour plus uncapped commision per hour Realistic OTE £220000 pro rata although uncapped

You will be paid a basic salary as well as commission .Commission is paid on each advert sold and also on repeat adverts and subscriptions allowing you an opportunity to earn from new business and existing clients

Start Date : Nopvember 2014

Hours of work :Initially part time totalling 21 hours a week - ideally 3 days per week working between 9 and 5pm although flexible

Our client successfully set up an independent local advertising tool 9 years ago and are very well known within the local area for their success in supporting local businesses to advertise .

Due to this success out client is now looking to expand the sales team and are looking to recruit a sales executive to help manage existing customers on an on-going basis but also generate new business opportunities

Our client are competitively priced within the market and hold a proven track record , therefore when selling the business is well established and helps to support your new business call

As an advertising sales executive you will

* Make outbound calls to local business's ,both small independent firms as well as larger firms
* Discussing the business and selling the benefits in the customer advertising within the local magazine
* Offering advice and options and building relationships with the customer
* Overcoming objections and closing sales opportunities
* Managing the customer relationship one the sale has been generated to encourage repeat advertising



To apply for this position you will

* Need to have had previous sales experience
* Have the ability to make a high volume of outbound calls and overcome objections
* Have the ability to sell through providing excellent customer services
* Have the ability to work to and achieve set targets
* Be happy to work within an open planned office and happy to make calls out as one of the only within the office to do so at times
* Be happy to work on a temporary to permanent basis
