We are currently recruiting for a Test & Development Engineer to join an impressive and fast expanding international company based in Segensworth. You will require the following skills and experience:- Educated to at least HND level within Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Previous Mechanical/Chemical development or process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment. Good understanding of mechanical principles, thermodynamics, fluid management and control systems.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:-

Design and Develop experimental test rigs, tooling and processes. Create Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, detail drawings, process and mechanical calculations as required. Carry out hands on practical process and engineering development testing to validate all aspects of design i.e. Mechanical, Process, Control System. Conduct structural testing and compositional/ metallurgical analysis on products returned from service, characterise performance. Identify opportunities for product improvements Define specifications for commercial products Publish test and development reports. Plan and cost development projects.
