You will require the following skills and experience:-

Previous experience in facilities management. Educate to at least HNC Level ideally within Engineering/ Manufacturing or a relevant discipline Good communication skills to effectively liaise with and influence sub contracted services Self-motivated and driven

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:-

Ensuring the facilities and services to them are operating efficiently and in line with both business and legislation requirements. Liasing with Production and Engineering to assist with the identification of new manufacturing equipment, test & development rigs, facilities for manufacture and for products emerging from NPD to production. Planning and project managing facility moves, refurbishment and expansions liaising with the relevant management teams, sub-contractors as required. Defining and scheduling of planned maintenance for the Concorde facility, plant and machinery including responding to maintenance matters during production use. Ensuring Health & Safety and environmental requirements identified as requiring FM involvement are addressed within the above activities. Planning & managing sub-contract services for the above. Very occasionally supporting other UK sites.
