Customer Service Administrator!
Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm!
£16k salary + benefits!
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a large successful business based in the Eastleigh area. Our client is a specialist in it's field providing facilities services to clients across the UK. Due to further expansion this this year our client is looking to add to the team.
The Role:
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
* Offering administrative support to the Key Account Handlers
* Contacting customers/clients to update them on situations such as not being able to gain access to the site
* Request and obtain POs so that jobs can be passed over to the technician
* Chase referred orders and purchase orders when required
* Data Cleansing
* Achieve standards of service delivery according to departments KPI's
* Organise and plan daily workload to benefits clients/customers
* Deal with complaints in accordance to your level of knowledge, otherwise ensuring they are put in touch with someone who can help
* All administrative and postal duties
The Ideal Candidate:
* Will have administrative experience from an office environment
* Will have a good telephone manner and strong IT skills
* Needs to be hard working and punctual with good attention to detail
* Ideally will hold a driving license due to company location
* Must be able to use own initiative and be proactive in all daily duties
Interviews will also be held imminently so little or no notice period would be ideal.
