Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for this well established and prestigious organisation based in Central Southampton. Due to continued company expansion the company are now looking to recruit an experienced member of their senior management team.

The Role:

- To deliver new business sales plan
- To maximise sales by developing and managing the territory in conjunction with Sales Consultants.
- To manage and coach Sales Representatives
- To develop the lead generation team and ensure that the business plan is achieved
- Organise and host Regional briefings, team meetings and other ad-hoc meetings as required
- To liaise with key stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate:

- Must have experience within and an in depth understanding of the Insurance market
- Must have Sales Management experience including managing teams
- Ideally will have an understanding of the financial services market
- Should be organised and able to respond well under pressure
