Part Time Recruitment/HR Administrator
£17-£18k Pro Rata
3 full days per week or Monday to Friday working 4 hours per day
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Part Time Recruitment/HR Administrator for an industry leading business to business supplier.
The Role:
Working alongside the HR team the duties will include but will not be limited to:
* Supporting the HR team with recruitment and daily HR duties
* Dealing with technical recruitment tasks
* Meeting and greeting of visitors to HR
* Assist in maintaining computerised HR records for employees and potential employees
* Assist with any ad hoc duties / projects as required
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must have previous HR Administration experience
* Must have handled/assisted with recruitment duties
* Ideally will have/be working towards CIPD - desired not required*
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to maintain email, face to face and telephone contact with all areas of the business and visitors
* Computer literate, with good Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Educated to GCSE level A-C in Math's and English
This role will start imminently so little or no notice period would also be ideal!!!
