Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for this specialist distributor, and well known organisation based near Hythe. Due to an increased demand from their customers, the company are now recruiting for a Sales Advisor.

The Role:
- To call warm leads and discuss the company services and products
- To assist customers by providing quotes, as well as resolving queries
- To upsell products wherever possible
- To hit and exceed targets set by the Sales Director by making outbound calls and following leads
- Positively contribute to team targets

The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record of achieving sales
- High level of desire to achieve goals/targets
- Experience of working in an office based telesales team highly desirable
- Experience of oil industry an advantage
- An effective communicator
- Good IT skills

This role is offered on a 6 month FTC initially however there is the possibility of it to become a permanent role dependant of performance.
