A French speaking Windows Systems Administrator required to perform administration of Linux server based machines in a large datacentre environment. Your main duties will be to assist in the distribution of newly developed software, features, changes in our clients customers from their Southampton based offices.

Ideally you should possess skills and experience in the following areas:
• Demonstrable system administration experience (circa 4 years),
• Expert knowledge and use of Linux s server support and administration.
• Knowledge of commands / utilities including Apache or IIS, FTP, Telnet, SSH, SMTP, POP, IMAP
• Ability to write one or more scripts such as: TK, Perl, Shell, VB Script
As a member of this team, you will interact with customers to re-boot/shutdown machines, add and remove user accounts, use backup programs and verify disk integrity and maintain system database files (groups, hosts, aliases). You will also collaborate with our clients Product Engineering and Development groups, providing information regarding server health, product issues and fixes, recommendations and system performance.
