Technical Support Manager / Technical Call centre Manager required to Manage technical customer support and oversee strategic planning to refine new business implantation plans in a large data centre environment.
Your main duties will be to assist in the distribution of newly developed software, features, changes in our clients customers from their Southampton based offices. Ideally you should possess skills and experience in the following areas:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced call center experience in a high-volume customer contact area
• Hands-on experience building a world-class Technical Support department
• Solid project management experience (i.e. ITIL, Six Sigma, PMP)
• Demonstrated experience driving Net Promoter Scores (NPS) scores and strategy
• Advanced oral and written communication
• Understanding of system administration tools and processes
