Our client based in Southampton, Hampshire are recruiting for a Customer Experience Manager to join their successful, forward thinking team.

As a Customer Experience Manager you will be responsible for working closely with customers to build loyalty and strengthen business relationships. You will need to take leadership of customer issues working across the company to find a resolution.

Your main responsibilities will be:
•To closely partner with the Sales Account Manager to insure a unified customer relationship and support environment
•To work closely with customers to be their non-technical contact, ensuring that their experience is world class
•To proactively engage with customers to ensure that they understand that they chose the best web hosting company in the world
•To work with all departments to find resolution for customer issues
•To use the customer feedback to create a view of areas that need improvement
•To lead improvement projects that delivered a better customer experience for all customers.

The ideal candidate for the role will have a proven track record of working in a customer service role, where they meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers, by resolving issues, building strong relationships and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
