We are recruiting for a big hitting and ambitious General Manager to come on board with my client to help re-launch this incredible multi-faceted bar operation in Southampton! This position presents a unique opportunity to join an already well established business with exceptional opportunities for career progression and development.

This is a big operator with some very exciting expansion plans over the next 2 years. The company is renowned for the engagement and development of its managers and internal opportunities for promotion are real and accessible.

They look for passionate, driven managers with a keen eye for detail and an obsession for the customer experience. Although some marketing initiatives are centralised, the company believes that local knowledge is essential and therefore autonomy is given to the teams to grow their business.

You should have at least 1 years experience as a General Manager, ideally with a volume exposure of 40k, ideally with some branded experience.
