This role requires a proactive and driven R&D Chemist to work within R&D in a hands on and supervisory position leading and developing a small team. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in process development of both new and existing chemical processes which underpin new product and technology innovations. The process development work will range from lab scale synthesis, to pilot plant scale up and full commercial manufacturing.

The candidate will need to be well experienced in either organic or polymer chemistry from their professional career to date.

* A proven and experienced Chemist. * Chemistry Degree or closely relating degree. * Organic or Polymer Chemistry experience gained in career to date. * Experience in Process development of both new and existing chemical processes. * Supervisory experience of leading small teams
