HR Advisor - Immediate Start!!!

£23,000 - £25,000 P/A

Full Time - Monday to Friday

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a fantastic specialist developments company based in Fareham who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to look after a portfolio of smaller business from a variety of different industries, ranging from leisure to hospitality.

The Role:

Working closely with the businesses Management Team to provide a professional HR service across the portfolio of companies as well as:

* Consult on existing processes and practices
* Tailor processes to best suit the business strategies
* Adhere to legislation's
* Manage the day to day HR functions including holiday, absences, facilities etc.
* Develop HR policies and procedures
* Evaluate and develop the companies benefit and pension schemes
* Manage all disciplinaries and grievances for the businesses
* Monitor and coordinate, where applicable, all Performance Management and Appraisals
* Manage Health and Safety, to include risk assessments, training and compliance
* Assist with recruitment duties

The Ideal Candidate:

The Ideal candidate will need to be:

* CIPD Qualified
* Have strong generalist experience, ideally from one or more industries
* Experienced in generating, presenting and utilising management information
* Resilient, with experience in managing conflicting situations
* Confident, with strong communication and networking skills
* Approachable and able to build strong relationships
* Up to date with Employment Law and Practice regulations including employee relations, resourcing, training and development

This role will interview almost immediately and start soon after so ideally candidates will need to have little or no notice!!!
