An experienced Insurance administrator/customer service advisor is required to join an established professional, growing organisation on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. As the Insurance Administrator your job purpose will be to provide efficient high quality service to both internal and external customers.

You will be responsible for a business portfolio, administering buildings claims in respect to the property management companies on the phone as well as in paper format. You will also provide quotations for contents schemes both over the telephone and by letter, input and dispatch new policies onto the computer system and manage and settle insurance claims. In addition you will order stationery, open post, printing and dispatch of renewals and reminders for both contents schemes, queries handling inputting new policies onto the system.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent administration and customer service skills and a minimum of 2 years household or commercial property insurance experience. It would be desirable if you have a basic understanding of FCA rules and guidelines, knowledge of Excel and word is essential.
