An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced PR and Social Media Manager to join a well-known and established blue chip company in Southampton, Hampshire. As the PR and Social Media Manager you will be a strategic thinker with a can do attitude who is able to problem solve and successfully manage a team.
As the PR and Social Media Manager you will co-ordinate the delivery of PR Campaigns across all sectors in the EMEA, develop integrated PR and Social Media communication strategies for new products and ensure that the product launch is on time, on strategy and effective. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand the product line strategy, product road map and the overall marketing communication strategy. Develop and manage key calendar events across the EMEA to maximise impact of launch efforts and time/budget efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working in an International PR and Social Media role within consumer brands in which they have successfully driven consumer PR ad Social Media Programs. It is highly desirable to have experience working in the consumer electronics and recreation industries within a multinational organisation. It would be advantageous if you are able to demonstrate success using social media to grow a consumer brand through creative out of the box thinking that has driven measureable results.
