We are currently recruiting for a Project Finance Co-ordinator to join an impressive and growing national based organisation. This is a permanent role to be based in Southampton where you will provide efficient financial analysis and support for the Maintenance Division, to ensure that all costs associated with the works undertaken are quoted and applied for from the company's client.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:-

• Raise sales orders and invoices
• Process incoming work orders
• Put together and submit the monthly application of costs to the client, with all relevant supporting invoices and labour costs
• Process site reports
• Produce cost estimates and quotations for works
• Conduct work in progress reviews and report to the divisional director as required
• Create management reports
• General administration

You will require the following skills and experience:-

• Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills
• High standard of written English
• Able to work to strict deadlines
• Competent in the use of computers, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Professional approach
• Proven experience in a finance background is desirable
• Experience in telecoms or mechanical maintenance is desirable
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
