Bond Williams Accountancy and Finance are recruiting for a Finance Manager for a large highly successful international company based in Southampton.

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will lead a small team supporting the Finance department for correct use of systems and processes, liaise with all internal departments including head office, be responsible for monthly and year end reports, and have control of treasury to maintain working capital and best use of cash assets across multi currencies. In addition, day to day you will approve new customers, credit limits and manual credit notes, ensure compliance with procedures and look at improvements in working processes and efficiencies, together with ad hoc duties.

You will need to be CCAB fully qualified with approx 5 years PQE, experience of cash and treasury management, have strong Excel with good knowledge of ERP systems, in addition to strong staff management experience. Good working environment with excellent benefits.
