We are recruiting for a prestigious and rapidly growing company who design, build and distribute specialised computer equipment to function without falter across various challenging environments.

This is an exciting position and the client are focussed on recruiting someone who is passionate and driven and holds the right skill set. This opportunity offers a salary of up to 24k plus a bonus, flexi hours (37.5hours a week), pension scheme and exceptional career progression.

As a member of the technical support team you would work closely with sales, product development and engineering teams to essentially provide technical solutions to customer queries. You will act as support to internal and external customers providing them with confident and articulate resolutions.

— Typical Tasks —

* Support the technical team with presales activities and customer visits. * Generate new computer specifications to customer requirements ensuring compliance to company policy. * Contribute to the technical element of written quotations, proposals and tenders. * Resolve hardware compatibility issues. * Educate and support team members in all areas of the business in the latest technology. * Identify opportunities for new product development.

— Candidate Specification —

* Working knowledge of PC hardware specifications, diagnostics tools, tablet systems and operating systems. * Market and supplier research experience. * Degree in Electronics/Computer Science or closely relating subject. * Strong and confident communicator across all platforms. * Hold a passion for technology and seeking to grow within the company. * Excellent written skills. * Able to work well under pressure.
