We are looking for a dynamic and passionate General Manager for this exciting restaurant in Southampton.

Our client is a highly regarded restaurant group rolling out a new American restaurant concept. The first of these restaurants opened just over two years ago and eleven have opened on the back of its success. Our client has 5 new openings this year with scheduled plans for further openings in 2015.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT SUITABLE CANDIDATES MUST COME FROM A HIGH VOLUME BRANDED BACKGROUND WITH A PASSION FOR THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY

This will be a challenge and will test the capabilities of seasoned managers but the rewards are incredible. Not only excellent bonus's but also the career opportunities that come with a new and growing well supported branded concept.
