IT Support Analyst

Full Time - Permanent

£20,000 - £22,000 + benefits

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a specialist international organisation based in Fareham.

The Role:

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

* Handling 2nd line onsite support for over 250 users
* Offering remote support across Europe, US, Australia etc and the role will include travelling to their Kent office once or twice a month to handle their onsite queries
* Cable management and switch-patching
* Managing incidents that require long term trouble shooting
* Offering local phone system support (mobiles, blackberry, iPhone etc.)
* Inter-tel and Cisco telephone support]
* Mac and Linux support
* Software support and installation (McAfee etc.)
* MS Windows XP/7
* Wireless point installation
* Ensuring all faults and incidents are recorded accurately and regularly

The Ideal Candidate:

Not all of the following are required but ideally are desired:

* Around 3 years' experience working in a Microsoft, or similar, environment
* Experience in using some or all of the following: Windows XP, 7, 8, Office 2010 and 2013
* Excellent diagnostic and incident solving skills
* Ideally Microsoft Certified
* Experienced in Server 2003 - 2012
* SAP Client skills
* MAC and MAC OSX
* Smartphone and Linux support
* UK driving license and access to own vehicle

This role can welcome the successful candidate on board almost immediately so little or no notice period is also ideal!
