Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be partnered with this market leading organisation, based near Southampton. Our client are currently recruiting for an experience Sales/Business Development person to join their dynamic, professional team.

This is a busy role which will give the opportunity of development for the right person. Due to the location of this role you must be able to drive & have access to your own vehicle.

The Role:
- Providing Account Management and Customer Service to existing customer
- Identify new business opportunities wherever possible and utilise marketing and other tools to develop new opportunities
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain own portfolio of clients
- Undertake regular account reviews with customers
- Be present at client meetings
- Contacting lapsed clients with a view to converting them into a proactive pipeline

The Ideal Candidate:
- Must be driven, passionate and comfortable in a high performing environment
- Mus be team focused with a flexible attitude
- Must have experience of working in a telephone based sales/customer service position
