£20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Dynamite Recruitment is currently working with a fantastic company based in central Southampton who are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to lead their busy and dynamic team.

The role....

The successful Team Leader will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of up to 10+ co-ordinators who are telephone/ contact centre based and responsible for dealing with the lettings process, ensuring customer satisfaction levels are met and enhanced, and to make sure the compliance and legal requirements are adhered to and to deal with complex customer complaints as well as all other associated duties.

Other responsibilities include:

Recruiting and training co-ordinators
Mentor new employees with continuous training, coaching and personal development
Monitor co-ordinators performance
Complete 1 to 1s and appraisals
Analysis of MI information to ensure efficiency
Ensure company compliance and legal standards are met and adhered to
Plus all other duties as required.

The ideal candidate....

We are looking for someone who has experience of leading and motivating a team within a supervisory role. Estate agency/ lettings industry/ property management experience would also be beneficial.

Essential requirements:

Previous Team Leader experience
Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
Pro-active, motivational approach, with an ability to lead by example
Proven track record of managing and motivating a team
Experience using Microsoft office packages
Knowledge of Property Management/Lettings Process

Desirable:

Relevant ARLA qualification
Understanding of the Housing Act and relevant legislation
