Finance Manager

Full Time, Permanent Role

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join one of our top clients based in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a stable and successful team, within a varied Accounts position.

The Role:

* Responsible for all financial accounting including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and balance sheet reconciliations
* Ensure projects are invoiced as agreed with the customer or contract, liaising with the Project Managers
* Manage cash flow requirements liaising with Managing Director
* Treasury making timely creditor and HMRC payments
* Reconcile and monitor all company bank accounts and credit card usage
* Complete, reconcile and submit VAT and Intrastat returns by set deadlines
* Payroll and payment of expenses
* Manage HMRC and VAT audits as required
* Manage Financial audits as required liaising with external auditors/accountants
* Sales Director's commission statements
* Office Management
* Handle all HR requirements for the company
* Manage sales staff and any other subordinate as required by management

The Ideal Candidate:

* Enthusiastic and adaptable
* Good written and verbal skills
* Solid accounting skill set



This role will interview and commence almost immediately so little or no notice period would be ideal!
