Customer Services Coordinator

£15,000 - £18,000 Basic Salary (Experience Depending)

Monday to Friday - Shifts between 8am and 5pm

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Coordinator for a large business based in the Eastleigh area. Our client is a specialist in it's field providing facilities services to clients across the UK. Due to further expansion this this year our client is looking to add to the team.

The Role:

The role of the Customer Services Coordinator is looking after our client's customers around the UK.
You will be communicating with these customers online and over the phone - you may even deal with them face to face on occasion. Day to day duties will involve scheduling maintenance appointments, responding to urgent situations, prioritising service visits and keeping the customer informed of progress and updates. You will also be dealing with all the associated administration for the key accounts including invoicing, processing orders and providing pricing and quotations.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Requires previous office based customer service experience
* Requires good IT and administrative skills
* Needs a good telephone manner and communication skills

This role will interview imminently and start soon after so little or no notice period is also ideal!
