Customer Relationship Manager - Retentions

About you

* Driven by sales and targets
* Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
* Good ICT skills.
* Positive and passionate.
* Friendly and Can do attitude.
* Have experience in a customer relations role.
* Used to making high volume of calls daily.
* Proven track record.

Locations: Fareham, Hampshire

Basic Salary: £17500 - £20000 basic (OTE £40k+)

Salary is based on skills and experience.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Monday 10.00am - 8.00pm

Tuesday - Thursday 10.00am - 7.00pm

Friday 10.00am - 6.00pm

Holidays: 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays

Role Description

* To provide excellent customer service by answering questions from customers who have concerns about their existing policy.
* To retain business by replacing, reselling or further discounting current policies in order to dissuade customers from cancelling. Support the customer to be able to make an informed decision without giving any personal recommendation or advice.
* Cross sell other products to existing customers.
* Use our internal systems to find the best products for the customer's needs and those that represent the best value to the customer.
* Ensure your product knowledge is up to date using the tools available to you. Attend training to develop your skills and improve your performance.
* Listen and record important information from the customer accurately; from medical details to WOW factors.
* Manage your time effectively and meet the targets set for your role.
* Follow processes and Company systems as outlined in initial and on-going training for Money Laundering Checks, Conflicts of Interests, Financial Crime and Customer Complaints.



This role would suit someone with a solid customer relationship background, excellent rapport building qualities, possibly a retention back ground.
