Payroll Administrator
£23-£25k
Full Time, Permanent Position!
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join one of our top Chartered Accountancy Practices based in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a stable and experienced team.
The Role:
* Process weekly, monthly and quarterly payrolls as required
* Sort and confirm accuracy of documentation received from clients.
* Update the payroll planning board at the beginning of each month and ensure kept up to date throughout the month
* Prepare excel spreadsheet with running totals of outstanding PAYE and Ni liabilities
* Preparation of an end of year P35 return control schedule to ensure all clients returns are completed on time
* Submit relevant payroll forms on line to Revenue & Customs as required
* Keeping up to date with payroll legislation changes
* Deal with client queries in relation to payroll matters as they arise, in a timely fashion
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous payroll experience
* Must have SAGE 50 Payroll experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Quick to learn/adapt to new procedures/situations
This role will interview and commence almost immediately so little or no notice period would be ideal but is not essential!
