Experienced Internal Sales Representative - NO Cold Calling!

£16,000 - £22,000 (experience depending) + OTE

Hours between 9am and 7pm with 1 in 4 Saturday morning shifts!

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a successful Insurance/Financial Services business who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their team!

The Role:

* Playing a key part in generating sales for the business and implementing insurance for customers
* Inbound and outbound calling - NO COLD CALLING - Calls will come from customers ringing in or will be to customers who already hold existing policies
* Working in a consultative way, taking the time to find out more about the customer, and ensure the product your advising them on meets their needs
* Working to set targets and aiming to exceed them
* Answering general enquiries & transferring calls to other departments

The Hours:

Working primarily Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm you will be on a rota to work one later shift every week (10.30am to 7pm) and one Saturday morning every 4 weeks.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience in either insurance, business services or financial services sales is desired
* Previous sales experience, up selling or cross selling, is also desired but not required - you just need to want to do sales!
* Previous success in working to and hitting targets
* Confident on the phone with good IT skills
* Experienced in customer services

This role can and will interview and start quickly so little or no notice period is also ideal!
