Infrastructure Analyst required to function as information technology (IT) professionals serving as technical experts and participate in or oversee a variety of analytical and technical assignments that provide for problem diagnosis and solutions documentation, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of a variety of hardware, software, and network products in an information technology infrastructure environment.

Knowledge of network environments and concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS,Active Directory.

Knowledge of Microsoft Server technology and infrastructure platforms including Windows server operating systems, messaging (Exchange) database (SQL), web proxy (ISA), and Remote Desktop Services

Knowledge of technical analysis, implementation, configuration, and upgrading of network infrastructure consisting of Cisco and Foundry network LAN, WAN equipment, MERU Wireless Infrastructure and Riverbed WAN Acceleration devices.
