Customer Service Advisor
£16,000 - £17,000 + Benefits
Monday to Friday - Full Time - Permanent
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an industry leading business that are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
The Role:
* Working out of the largest service centre in the region, assisting in the daily operations, and working to offer a high level of customer services to all their clients
* Handling incoming calls with a friendly and positive manner and dealing with all requests efficiently
* Adding and changing data on the companies 9 internal systems
* Engaging with clients and building strong individual customer rapport
* Answering any invoicing or delivery queries
* Data entry and administrative tasks
* Handling complex and pressured situations calmly and confidently
* Ensuring customers get promised call backs and email correspondence
* General office duties
The Hours:
Working between the hours of 9am and 7pm - Monday to Friday.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must have previous customer service experience from an office based environment
* Must have strong IT skills and been accurate when typing/doing administrative tasks
* Must have a strong telephone manner and be good with multitasking
* Needs to be flexible in order to take on any extra tasks at short notice or commit to overtime if required
