Digital Content Project Assistant required 'CMS' to be responsible for all digital marketing material for the our clients brand: corporate sites, online shop, eCRM communication and other ad hoc digital campaigns.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the Web Content, Shop and eCRM Managers to roll out the digital campaigns across 18 countries and 13 languages.

Key duties and responsibilities

Essential functions

• Integrate digital content across international websites
• Manage localisation with external vendors and implement content via CMS tools.
• Ensure all web sites have implemented the corporatecontent according to deadlines
• Work with regional offices to support their local needs
• Manage ad hoc projects (eg YouTube channel, product mini sites).
• Assist with design and development of web pages, eblasts and banners.
• Daily use of project management tools
• Traffic management
• Report on successes and lessons learnt from each project

Technical requirements
• Education or experience of ecommerce and CMS software
• Knowledge of HTML,
• Use of Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash)
• Professional use of Windows or Mac OS
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Google Analytics

Education and experience


• English, French or any other European language would be a plus.
