**Sous Chef – Luxury Hotel - Brockenhurst – up to £28,000 + Live in
We are currently looking to recruit for a Sous Chef for this 4* luxury spa hotel in the new forest. Set in 40 acres beautiful woodland this hotel offers an outdoor pool and 2AA rosette restaurant.
As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen operation. The restaurant has 2AA rosettes and the hotel has banqueting facilities for up to 160 people. . You must be creative, passionate, able to work to consistently high standards and have the desire to succeed. The ideal candidate would have experience working in a similar role and will be able to cover all sections of the kitchen. You will assist Chef with recruitment and training of the brigade and be conversant with all company and legal legislations.
