HR Administrator - £19-21k + benefits - New Milton - 12 month FTC

Bond Williams HR are delighted to be working with a leading national company for the recruitment of a HR Administrator. My client has been established for over 30 years and have grown to become the leading specialists in their field. You will work as part of a HR Shared Service Centre which supports all employees and managers and delivers HR administrative needs via phone and e-mail.

Core responsibilities will include:-
• To follow agreed procedures and respond to requests for assistance by providing support, advice and guidance to enable employees and managers to solve problems
• To action employee/manager requests in accordance with agreed SLA's
• To achieve high levels of accuracy in capturing call details in accordance with team processes and procedures
• To escalate calls as appropriate and adhere to escalation procedures, promptly allocating unresolved calls as appropriate
• Proactively highlight gaps in processes, knowledge and tools to Head of HR
• Deliver high levels of customer service in a consistently friendly, professional, helpful and efficient manner
• Maintain a high level of personal productivity to support colleagues and achievement of SLAs
• Produce all employment related documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, and store/record this in accordance with organisational procedures
• Create, update and maintain accurate HR records in HRIS, working in accordance with the organisation's confidentiality policy and Data Protection Act principles
• Coordinate the production of monthly reports, statistics and KPIs which inform key business measures and Shared Service Team performance
• Liaise with and support HR Advisors as appropriate, and from time to time, participate in wider HR activities to support the business and develop own skills and capability.

Candidates must be able to deal with challenging, changing environments, working at a fast pace and with confidence. You must be excellent with systems including HR databases, Word, Excel and Outlook. Good communication skills are also key as well as the ability to multi task.
