We are now on the lookout for an experienced superstar Assistant Manager for this stunning new opening coming very soon.

Our client is a rapidly expanding group of premium branded American restaurants and bars with 15 sites across the UK and 10 openings planned this year alone! Our client provide genuinely unique opportunities for managers at all levels to progress in their career as the company presses ahead with their impressive expansion.

As a manager you will be involved in all aspects of the business including running busy shifts and most importantly ensuring the customer is receiving a first class experience!

You must have experience in a similar role, ideally in a branded environment but certainly in a busy high street restaurant. You will need to show drive, ambition and an ability to motivate and nurture talent within the team.

In return for all your hard work you will be paid up to 24k per annum plus bonus and be given every opportunity to progress and develop with-in an expanding business.

The successful candidate will ideally have a background in a high volume branded environment and have aspirations of development and progression. You will be an inspirational assistant, motivating and directing your team and be passionate about customer service.
