My client is an electronics manufacturer based in the south of Hampshire who are leaders in their field. They are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide 2nd line technical support to the organization and customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that provides state of the art equipment within their field.

Being a global company you will offer support to users in different locations and countries, across various time zones. You will work within a global team, liaising with colleagues in Belgium and Sweden and reporting to the helpdesk manager for Europe and Asia.

Salary is £20'000 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience. This role is commutable from Havant, Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham, Chichester, and surrounding areas.

Main duties/responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Remote support for Europe, Asia, US and Australia
• Laptop and desktop support
• Updating knowledge base
• Management of incidents that require longer resolution time
• Virtual machine creation and support
• WAP installation
• Printing and scanning support
• Problem identification and accurate recording of all queries

Experience:

• Windows operating systems
• Mac operating system
• Linux operating systems
• Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent Problem solving skills
• Microsoft certified
• SAP client skills
• Drivers licence and car
