We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Representative to join a world class international aerospace company.

The main purpose of the Customer Support Representative is to efficiently and responsively coordinate the customer requirements and manage the relationship.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:-

Monitor Transit In and Out timescales and escalate issues as appropriate.

Monitor indicators relevant to area of activity

Completion of corporate and customer KPI's on a weekly and monthly basis.

Choose the best commercial solution according to situation and customer needs, in coordination with Field Reps and Customer Support Manager.

Write up commercial offers factoring in the company's Commercial Policy and forward them to customers.

Replies to customer claims.

Handle customer complaints.

Raise quotations for products.

Challenge technical quotes to ensure the best value for money for the customer.

Visit customers.

AOG coverage (24/7) on rota basis.

Deal with incoming day to day customer queries coming into the team either by email or phone.

Cross training on all products to have an understanding of all areas in the CSR team.

Initiate and work on continuous improvement projects.

Weekly reporting on Customer Satisfaction.

You will require the following skills and experience:-

Previous experience working in a similar role for and Aerospace, MOD or highly technical manufacturing led organisation.

Excellent communication skills.

Extremely efficient and able to work under pressure.

Experience using SAP or another ERP system
