A highly-regarded financial services organisation in Hampshire are looking to recruit a Finance Analyst to provide support to the Financial Controller. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced forecaster and analyst to join a fantastic company and work in a varied and dynamic environment.

The duties of the role will include:

• Updates and management of rolling monthly and annual forecasts
• Reconciliation and variance analysis of Actuals to Forecast and Business Plan
• Monitor and analyse variances on Actual Performance v Forecast and investigate queries with relevant areas of the business
• Reviewing accounting as part of monthly cycle
• Production of reporting packages
• Undertake other reasonable responsibilities and assist other members of the team as instructed by their line manager.
• Where applicable, to ensure that DPA, FCA, TCF and other regulatory requirements are met.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong finance experience and be part qualified in CIMA, ACCA or ACA
• Good background in forecasting and budgeting
• Very strong Excel skills
