Trainee Recruitment Consultant - New Milton - £18K-£20K + bonus.
Our client, an independent specialist recruitment company are currently recruiting for a Candidate Resourcer to join their team. Recruitment experience is not essential for this role but you must be motivated and driven with an excellent telephone manner.
Duties:
·Develop and manage a candidate tracker of 300 candidates (Candidates all on Database).
·Manage the tracker on Excel, in terms of tracking individual candidate's availability.
·Candidate management – questioning candidates around what they would like, in terms of location, role, types of projects.
·Take brief on any requirement/vacancy from Consultant, put together a plan of action with consultant on how to resource suitable candidate for post.
·Call through short lists provided by Consultant to establish likely candidates who would fit the role.
·Place Adverts and manage response.
·Ensuring an up to date CV is on the CRM (Database).
·Ensuring that the relevant safety documentation & Identification has been obtained from candidates.
·Ensuring that a minimum of 2 references have been personally taken up from previous employers of potential candidates.
·Building strong rapport with candidates.
·Using conversations/interviews to broaden industry and client knowledge
·Call working temps bi-weekly, assessing how happy they are, end dates, other fact finding
·Registering CV's and coding properly
