Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting an Interim Finance Manager for a 3-6 month period for a specialist education centre based in the Ringwood area. The assignment would ideally start some time in January 2016.
You will have responsibility for providing leadership and strategic guidance to the senior management team and Board of Trustees, together with the control of day to day financial activities and management of a small finance team of three, production of monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, key financial analysis, monthly payroll and year end financial accounting.
You will need to be CCAB qualified with proven experience at Finance Manager or Financial Controller level in the education, care, charity or not for profit sector. You will need to have good knowledge of education funding systems, strong IT literacy including knowledge of Sage and first class interpersonal and influencing skills. An enhanced DBS and Barred List check will be required.
A good working environment is offered and there is potential of an extension of the contract.
