He is looking for someone who is passionate, with strong communication skills and an interest in Technical or Engineering or experience in this arena (e.g. you may have worked for a company with a Technical bias or have a passion for vehicle maintenance or something along those lines).  The reason for this is that their business revolves around their Electro-mechanical products, which is interesting and fast paced. You will be speaking to customers about the products so you will need to be able to learn technical information very quickly and understand how it all works.

What will you be doing?

Your main role will be to ensure that New Products Introduction Projects are running according to plan, you will work with a R&D team as well as a group of people who market the products.

Other duties will include collating and distributing packs for each product, promoting and monitoring processes for the New Product Introduction to ensure steps are being adhered to - so good communication skills are a must!! You will work closely with the Product Marketing Director to manage and update the list of projects (currently 54), you will also help to evolve the processes of new product introduction with regards to development and commercialisation. You will need to communicate and ensure the implementation of processes for NPI (New Product Introduction).
