Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for progression within an amazing team??

This Gastro Pub prides itself on its fresh and seasonal cuisine – complimented with a great range of good old cask ales, fine wines and liquors. A proper British pub – featuring open-fires, grand bookcases and a warm and friendly atmosphere all in the heart of the New Forest.

You will be the 'right hand' person to the manager and be a key figure within the management team.
Deputising in the absence of the manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the pub, organisation of bookings, people management, ensuring high levels of customer service, pub maintenance, financial administration as well as helping to train and develop your team!

You'll need to be a real foodie and have excellent knowledge of cask ales, wines and spirits.
